I started my own electronics facility in 1988, I had a conversation with my
father about the need for personal service in high-tech areas and the tremendous
chasm that exists between high-tech and high-touch. The stereotypical
"network nerd" is sometimes perceived as lacking in social skills and
personality. Since that conversation, I have placed an emphasis on
providing personal service combined with a high level of technical expertise.
